Rotaract has the following goals
To develop professional andleadership skills.
To emphasize respect for the rights of others, based on recognitionof the worth of each individual.
To recognize the dignity and value of all useful occupations as opportunities to serve.
To recognize, practice, and promote ethical standards as
Leadership qualities and vocational responsibilities.
To develop knowledge and understanding of the needs, problems,and opportunities in the community and worldwide.
To provide opportunities for personal and group activities toservethe community and promote international understanding
and goodwill towards all people.
The Four Avenues of Service
1) Club Service - Projects done to maximize friendship/interaction within the club members and with other clubs in the district.
2) Community Service - Projects done to benefit the local community or an individual in the community.
3) Professional/Vocational Service - Projects done with a an idea to enhance the personal skills and leadership qualities
of theRotaractors ina club.
4) International Service Projects done in partnership with other voluntaryorganizations and Rotaract Clubs outside our
District.Whatever projects/activities you may think off can be grouped under these four avenues.
